    Project Manager – Centennial, CO

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    McDade-Woodcock, Inc, is seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers to join our Colorado team.  Project Managers are responsible for the overall success of their projects which require the Project Manager to have strong computer and leadership skills, be detail oriented and organized.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Budget/Cost Management (Cost Reports/Cost to Complete)
    • Managing Procurement Contracts (Subcontractors/Vendors)
    • Meeting Project Schedule Deadlines
    • Submit Project Deliverables (Submittals)
    • Submit Requests for Information (RFI’s)
    • Contract Compliance (Contract/Drawings/Specifications)
    • Change Order Pricing, Submission, and Contract Execution
    • Oversee Installation (Manpower/Material/Quality Control)
    • Main Point of Contact for Project
    • Coordinate and attend all project meetings, schedule updates, and address outstanding open items as requested by clients
    • Prepare Schedule of Values and monthly Applications for Payment
    • Report regularly to executive management team
    • Pull Permits and request Inspections

     

    KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Knowledgeable of the N.E.C. and all relevant local codes
    • Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans and specifications and other documents as they relate to electrical work
    • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to prepare construction schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years Electrical Construction Experience

    Estimator – Albuquerque, NM

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    McDade-Woodcock, Inc. wants to expand our team by hiring a full time Electrical Estimator.  The overall duties of an Electrical Estimator are to estimate the cost of potential projects, which may include making site visits, and provide cost breakdowns and scope letters to include with the bids.

    • Attend Pre-Bid Site Walk-Throughs (Pictures/Documentation)
    • Take Off Materials/Equipment
    • Work with potential subcontractors and vendors
    • Write detailed Scope Letters outlining Scope of Work, Inclusions/Exclusions, and associated contract documents (Drawings/Specifications)
    • Upload/Submit Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ)
    • Report regularly to management/attend required coordination meetings

     

    KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • The ability to be trained in the use of estimating software
    • Ability to meet hard deadlines

    Project Coordinator – Centennial, CO

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    McDade-Woodcock, Inc. is looking for a long term Project Coordinator to become part of the Colorado Project Management Team.  Experience in the construction industry, specifically electrical contracting, is preferred.  Project Coordinator duties will consist of assisting Project Managers with any administrative duties required.
