    Project Manager – Centennial, CO

    McDade-Woodcock, Inc, is seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers to join our Colorado team.  As an Electrical Contractor, experience in the electrical and construction industry is required as well as having basic computer skills.  Project Managers are responsible for the overall success of their projects which includes managing the project budget and costs, managing procurement contracts for subcontractors and vendors, managing the project schedule, document control and management, and overall manpower and installation.  Performing these duties often requires the Project Manager to have strong leadership skills, be detail oriented, and organized.  We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking for a company where they can learn, share, and grow with some of the industry’s leading professionals.  Interested candidates should submit their resume with a one-page cover letter addressing why they feel like they would be a good candidate for the position.

    Estimator – Albuquerque, NM

    McDade-Woodcock, Inc. wants to expand our team by hiring a full time Electrical Estimator.  Experience estimating is not required; however, the applicant should have a basic understanding of basic electrical materials and the means and methods for which they are installed.  The overall duties of an Electrical Estimator are to estimate the cost of potential projects, which may include making site visits, and provide cost breakdowns and scope letters to include with the bids.  Estimators use Accubid estimating software and Excel spreadsheets extensively, so computer skills are required.  Other skills we are looking for would include the ability to work and think independently, being able to make assertive decisions, and being self-motivated.  Interested candidates should submit their resume with a one-page letter addressing why they feel like they would be a good candidate for the position.

    Project Coordinator – Centennial, CO

    McDade-Woodcock, Inc. is looking for a long term Project Coordinator to become part of the Project Management Team.  Experience with computers including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.  Experience in the construction industry, specifically electrical contracting, is preferred.  Project Coordinator duties will consist of assisting Project Managers with any administrative duties required.  This may include developing and tracking requests for information (RFI’s) and submittals, assisting in tracking costs associated with time and material work, drafting subcontracts and purchase orders, filling out material requisitions, updating schedules, entering applications for payment and change orders, conveying information to and from the field, and/or any additional tasks as delegated by the Project Managers.

    Starting Rate: $15.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience

    Administrative Assistant – Los Lunas, NM

    McDade-Woodcock, Inc, is seeking an on-site Administrative Assistant for our electrical contracts in the Los Lunas area.  The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for document control, including safety documentation, material requisition and material tracking, time sheet coordination and entry, maintaining asset records, new employee documentation, attending project coordination meetings with the General Contractor, and other administrative duties as required.  Candidates should have proficient technical writing skills, task management, be detail oriented, and have good problem solving skills.  Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is required and experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and/or ProjectSight preferred.  Interested candidates must be able to pass preemployment and random drug screenings, including screening for the use of marijuana.  Candidates should submit their resume with a one-page cover letter addressing why they feel they would be a good candidate for the position.

    Starting Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience.
